We view by faith the glorious day,
When God shall all restore;
When sin and death shall pass away
And mar God's work no more.
The counsel of the Lord made known,
According to his will,
Hath brought celestial pleasures down
Our souls on earth to fill.

Have God's perfections all agree,
In this most boundless plan,
To set the race of sinners free,
And ransom ev'ry man.
O never let our praises cease,
Since this good news is true;
And may the knowledge still increase,
Till all salvation view.
